I especially like the section that talks about disconnecting your right hemisphere and the left hemisphere in your brain.

This is an awesome collection of design blogs for those who love typography, advertising, and of course, graphic design. I didn’t have time to look at all of them but the half that I did look at are great! I hope to get through the rest when it isn’t so late at night.

This makes me happy. I am pleasantly surprised to see D.C. on there. I think that it would be really cool to live there and work there. I just wonder if the type of design you would do there is different from everywhere else. Would we be selling a product or an idea, or even a person? I am sure there are opportunities to do all three but, which would be more likely?

Now that I am at the point in Portfolio 1 where we are no longer using sharpies and are actually executing ads in color, I find this post to be helpful. 

This website is beautifully crafted, in my opinion.

I wonder if that’s a reflection of their beer…
